A Document Controller / Site Administrator needed to join an established contractor to work between several schemes in East, South and Central London.
Please note they need someone to start in January'24.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform any tasks necessary to assist in accomplishing project goals, such as, filing, obtaining drawing prints or document copies, assembling reports or specifications.
- Admin support (day to day)
- Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinating information between site teams / subcontractors
- Distributes documentation to the project team and customers for review and comments.
- Process incoming documentation for the Project Team and Design Team, ensure an accurate record on the issue sheets, saving to an internal system.
- Team player + ability to work independently
- Strong administrative skills (Excel, Microsoft office packages) + experience of document control
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to travel between sites
