We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Cash Wise team, supporting our customers to maximise their income, address problem debt and become more financially confident to enable them to maintain a financially healthy household. We are expanding our team so that we can maintain our high standards of support and address the increasingly challenging financial environment.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will assist with the initial triage and support of customers who have been referred to Cash Wise.
Reporting to the Cash Wise Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Cash Wise Team. You will also ensure accurate records are maintained and contact customers and external agencies when required to support enquiries and help resolve financial challenges for customers.
What we’re looking for:
To join our Cash Wise team, we’re looking for someone with:
- a qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework such as GCSEs (3 or more at grades A-C/9-4), Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 2 or equivalent;
- the ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised environment and organise work to meet deadlines and targets;
- IT literate, skilled at using PC data based systems;
- previous administration experience;
- clear written and verbal skills;
- experience of delivering customer focused services; and
- good listening skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
