The job holder reports directly to the HEO Product Specialist (Vocational) and is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the Delegated Examiner service. They act as main point of contact for Delegated Examiner organisations and individuals and are responsible for processing Delegated Examiners’ registrations and payments. The role holder is responsible for ensuring Delegated Examiner management information is up to date and provides information and recommendations for re-registrations to senior managers.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Monitor Delegated Examiner test volumes and provide timely updates to senior management to facilitate compliance.
- Ensure supervision of Delegated Examiners is up to date and Periodic Training is recorded. Provide information and suggest practical solutions to support this when appropriate.
- Carry out all actions relating to organisations and individuals applying for DCPC Module 4 assessor.
- Issuing audit reports to organisations and ensuring that assurances are provided.
