Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with financial planning and budgeting activities
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling financial statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports for management
- Managing payroll and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Supporting the team with grant applications and reporting
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial objectives
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
