Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin officer to work for a government client in a Hybrid environment. 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexible core hours
Location is based in Exeter
This is a temporary assignment until September 2024
Pay Rate is 11.93
You will be working for the Investigations team that provides a national service of specialist investigative skills and expertise to support major crime investigations. The NCA teams lead investigations across serious and organised crime such as Child protection, Organised Immigration Crime, Borders, Firearms and Drugs Threat.
Main duties include but not limited to, will be to provide administrative support to the Investigations Command including the preparation of documents, typing and co-coordinating departmental correspondence, arranging meetings, diary management, minute taking, maintain, develop, and review office systems/processes, travel bookings including accommodations/car/reservations, organise events and raise purchase orders in support of departmental activity
You will be a person of integrity, who can maintain a high level of confidentiality. An element of work will be unsupervised and with some autonomy allowing you to manage your workload accordingly including multi-tasking and prioritising as required
Essential Skills:

Training will be provided on the various systems, but you will have full working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
You will be required to pass Security Clearance (SC) and provide details for 3 years referencing.
The SC can be quite intrusive and lengthy in time to complete.
