JRRL are looking for a Team Leader, ideally from a service environment to join a busy service department within an expanding organisation, for our client based in Westerham.
Job Duties for the Team Leader:
- Supporting the team of 8 people
- Organising holidays and lunch breaks
- Setting up new contracts, cancelling or amending existing contracts on Service Tracker
- Maintaining communication with the Contracts Manager and reporting into the Service Director
- Dealing with your own allocated technicians responding to queries, access requests/issues
- Act as an intermediary between management and technicians
- Completing RAMS
- Dealing with routine scheduled dates and emergency callouts
- Logging, booking, and costing ad-hoc jobs
- Verifying whether call outs have been completed
- Updating purchase orders and chasing billing queries
- Monitoring the service inbox and responding to a variety of emails
- Working with the cloud-based service tracker
- Updating client portals
- Answering the service and sales line, and other ad hoc admin duties as required
Person Specification for the Team Leader:
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator
- Experience in a similar role/managing a team
Combine your good teamworking skills and confidence in leading and motivating a team in this interesting Team Leader role. There is an option for home working 1-2 days per week following training/probation.
Location: Westerham, parking available on site
Salary: £28 - £30k
Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm/8am to 4pm on a rota basis
