Admin/book keeping manager

Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Admin/Book keeping managerfor a company based in L5 area.

The position is on term to perm basis for suitable candidates.

The candidate will be working for a logistics company based in L5 Liverpool area.

We’re looking for someone to join a small team, working closely with another Admin/book keeping manager.

Job role:

• To manage all admin using a computer
• Use of emails, calls and an internal system called Zero
• Book keeping
• Assisting management with other office tasks

Ideal candidate:

• Must be computer literate
• Will have some book keeping experience
• Will have some experience with SAGE

The time and hours of work:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• 08 – 16:30
• Must be flexible to cover sickness and holiday periods

Rate of pay:

• £13.84 ph
