SUMMARY OF ROLE
Working with our archiving and records team on the closing and storage of files and documents as well as occasionally supporting our reception and Client Care team.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Archiving/data entry
- Scanning, photocopying,
- General filing of documents and correspondence both electronically and physically
- Dealing with any administrative tasks required
- Reception cover – greeting clients and visitors and taking calls.
Required Skills:
- Well organised and able to multi-task
- Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
- The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Excel
- Full driving license
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- A Levels at Grade C or above
- GCSE minimum Grade B in English and Maths

Job Type:
Zero Hours Contract – hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The initial expectation is that the project will run for at least 3 months, possibly significantly longer. Working days and hours could be adapted to suit the right candidate.
