Essential Skills: Good working knowledge for all MS Packages, in particular MS Excel.

Our Client:

TRC are currently working with a well established company that are looking for an experienced and motivated data entry administrator to provide all round office support in a busy fast paced environment.

Duties:

• Electronic filing
• Raising Purchase Orders on in-house system (Winman)
• Updating excel spreadsheets
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Speaking to suppliers
• Speaking to departmental managers / coordinators
• Day to day office administrative work

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manager
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
• Flexibility towards tasks and working hours
• Good I.T. skills, with ability to learn new systems
• Experience of working in an office environment, preferably within purchasing/supply chain
