Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative and Counter Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This is a permanent position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Duties:
- Take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Maintain inventory levels
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
- Work on Counter Sales when required
- Assist with shop floor duties when required
- General Housekeeping
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Cash handling experience required.
