At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for an Administration Apprenticebased at our Queenslie depot. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career with an expanding company within a busy transport team.
The position of Administration Apprentice involves:
- You will develop your business administration skills as part of the Business Administration
Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Be trained on general administration duties to include data entry, filing and scanning paperwork.
- Learn how to monitor, check, and scan all driver to customer proof of deliveries.
- Be trained on data input using various internal/external IT systems to include checking all
Sub-Contractor invoices and proof of deliveries.
- Be developed to deal with customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties to include responding to all queries via email and phone in a timely manner.
- Be developed to assist with on-site duties for the depot.
- To establish and maintain a strong partnership with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Essential skills required for Administration Apprentice:
- Committed to study and pass a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
- GCSE’s (or Equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
