As an apprentice Administrator your duties will be:
Support the Centre Manager with administration processes.
Provide phone and email support to our customers.
Utilise Fresh Desk to support grassroots clubs, leagues and volunteers.
Execute tasks as required to meet the Rectory Park changing priorities.
Open the facility when required and ensure the building is ready for use.
Meet and greet clients and visitors to the Centre.
Prepare facility requirements to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Take facility bookings following agreed processes and procedures to ensure business rules are applied (Freshdesk, signposting).
Through predetermined software maintain accurate records of all visitors to the facility and their activities
Ordering stationary as and when required.
Work with catering and duty staff on a day to day basis for the running or functions and events.
Build relationships with new and existing partners to provide services for the delivery of third-party events, sporting or non-sporting.
To provide administrative assistance to the Management Accountant on MCFC (Rectory Park) matters.
Support the management of incoming monies paid to MCFC (Rectory Park).
Support the management of payments across MCFC (Rectory Park).
Support the management of invoicing and debt recovery for MCFC (Rectory Park).
Process payments over the phone from our customers.
Contribute to ensuring that safeguarding and equality are embedded throughout Rectory Park and grassroots football.
Take responsibility for Rectory Park’s website, ensuring it is always up to date.
Promote Rectory Park via the social media channels in place and grow the following.
Execute tasks as required to meet Rectory Parks changing priorities.
You will be required to have:
5 GCSEs or the equivalent, including Maths and English.
Commitment to work towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Computer literate preferably with experience of Microsoft Officer, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
Experience of dealing with manual and computerised record systems.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good prioritisation and organisational skills.
Demonstrate an understanding of customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working and ability to prioritise effectively.
Able to carry out a wide range of administrational tasks including office and telephone cover.
Commitment to training / learning and development.
Appropriate level of data protection, security and confidentiality awareness.
Able to demonstrate understanding of Health, Safety and Welfare.
Have the ability to understand inclusion, equality, anti-discrimination and safeguarding.
