Administration Assistant
Cove have teamed up with longstanding family run business within Newport who are now looking to add two Administration assistants to join their growing Client Service’s department.
Your role will see you working alongside the senior Account managers to carry out all administration tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to progress within their career through the business itself.
What you will be doing?
- Booking travel requirements
- Effectively managing diary entries.
- Using SharePoint to store administrative chores.
- Effectively handle tickets and updates
- Accurately and quickly manage communications.
- Monitoring email daily
- Daily case filing
What we’re looking for?
- Have an enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude, attending all relevant training / coaching as required.
- Ability to build a good relationship with all clients.
- Hold a good understanding of MS office applications.
- Able to populate data via Excel and manage daily spreadsheets.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
Further information
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week between 8am – 6pm
- Up to £21,000
