Administration Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the admin team.
- Compliance duties which include data entry of monthly returns, reporting and chasing outstanding returns, identifying, and resolving issues with member accounts.
- Processing invoices.
- Ensure reconciliation of credit card and supplier account statements in a timely manner.
- Ensure all key monthly activities are completed in a timely manner to support the month end reporting.
- Operational support to include responding to calls & emails into the department and resolving queries efficiently & effectively.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting for clients and business support department
- General operational and administrative department support.
Administration Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a banking, finance, compliance, administrative or travel role would be advantageous.
- Experience using Sage (Desirable but not essential).
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload with excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, to take responsibility in making decisions and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
- Excellent IT and office skills.
