About the Role
As an NFU Mutual Office Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the team in our Bearsden Agency where you’ll support our team to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
As the Office Administrator, you will support the team in coordinating and distributing insurance renewal documents for new and existing customers. You will also perform general administrative tasks around the office such as printing, scanning, data entry, taking calls, organising meetings and managing office supplies and equipment.
This is a new role within the organization, so you will have a real opportunity to make this your own whilst ensuring that you provide a high level of administrative support to our team and our customers.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Existing administrative or secretarial experience is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time effectively
A strong willingness to learn and positive can-do attitude
Ability to problem solve and use own initiative and judgment
