REED Business Support are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant with one of our fantastic clients based in Stockton-on-Tees.
Main duties:
- To answer incoming calls to the switchboard and intercom system.
- Preparation of all external mail ready for collection.
- General Administration.
- Ordering of stationery, including taking delivery and handling any queries.
- To maintain and update records on the appropriate ICT systems.
- On-line ordering of stationary for Head Office as and when required.
- To provide cover across the team as and when required.
- Support Sales Team.
