Brand new job: Administration Lead - Immediate start
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join the team as the Administration Lead for our nationwide client. You will be supporting the Planning department in Bristol. This is a full-time, reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to Senior Partner, and will involve working closely with the Head of Bristol Planning and a dynamic team of 7 individuals.

- Salary: £27000pa -£28500pa DOE
About the Job:
Drafting/Formatting: Prepare and format various documents to company standards, including Minutes of Meetings, letters, and reports.
Financial Coordination: Make payments for Planning Applications, maintain an updated register, and assist in financial housekeeping such as compiling expense claims and annotating credit card transactions.
Planning Applications Coordination: Assist in the coordination of Planning Applications, including printing and binding documents as required.
Record Keeping: Keep project records on RESolution updated, including raising new jobs.
Compliance and AML: Coordinate with our Compliance team to implement the company Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedure.
Invoicing: Draft and issue invoices and credit notes, updating fee predictions on the system.
Diary Management: Manage diaries, book meeting rooms, and arrange meetings/travel as necessary.
Team Support: Coordinate the onboarding of new team members and provide cover for the wider local and national Town Planning teams when necessary.
Marketing Assistance: Assist with marketing activities for the team, including the preparation of Track Records, CVs, etc.
Executive Support: Provide support to the Executive Assistant to Senior Partner when required.
About you:
Experience: A minimum of five years of prior experience in a similar role
Work Ethic: Positive work ethic with a can-do attitude.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and communicate effectively across various levels.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the property sector and with preparing financial documents is desirable.
