Mason-James is working with a well-established company who are recruiting a experienced Administration Manager
- Responsible for client on-boarding.
- Responsible for the billing of clients.
- Ensuring that anti-money laundering procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for the Credit Control function of the practice.
- Company Formations.
- Company Secretarial.
- Delegating tasks to junior members of the admin team.
- Integrate fully with all members of the team.
- Identify and proactively implement ways to add value to the practice.
- Resolve all technical issues by liaising with the firms IT providers.
- Overall responsibility for the administration department of the practice.
Experience in an accountancy practice minimum of 3 years required.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines, as guided by the management.
Knowledge of CCH would be preferable, although not essential.
