Reed Wolverhampton are currently recruiting for a growing client based in Kidderminster for an Administration Manager on a full time, Permanent basis. The role would suit someone with previous management experience and strong administration skills. Duties will include:
- Supervise a team of two Sales Administrators, ensuring their productivity and professional development
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the sales department, maintaining optimal efficiency
- Contribute to profitability by streamlining processes, minimising costs, and maximising revenue
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively
- Manage all aspects of the Sales Administrator's role, including sales order processing, quoting, and handling pricing issues
- Support Sales manager with management of key accounts
- Update and maintain customer portals
- Conduct staff reviews, handle return-to-work processes, and address disciplinary matters

The successful candidate:
- Previous management experience
- Strong administration background
- ILM level 3 is desirable
- Strong IT skills including use of ERP systems and Excel
- Can do attitude is essential
