The largest installer of Solar PV in the UK is looking for a bookings and Administration Manager to oversee their sales support function of the sales division, which is based at Lakeside North harbour. You will be managing an existing team as well as looking to grow the team.
General customer service and administration duties such as.
- Oversee team administration and bookings teams.
- Oversee administrative procedures and systems for optimal efficiency.
- Manage office staff, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Conduct 1-2-1’s
- Inbound and outbound customer query calls.
- Data entry
- Customer compliance checks
- Obtaining supporting evidence of qualifying criteria from customers (energy bills etc)
- Diary management / appointment booking
The working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 and package includes:
