Office administrator
A global shipping company based in Victoria are currently seeking an administrator to join them, this role will be office based working Monday to Friday, 9-6pm.
Duties include:
- Welcoming guests, being the first contact to visitors
- Answering main phone line for the company
- Following and assisting with meeting room reservations
- Ordering office supplies: Stationery / Coffee / Ocado, etc
- Assistance with corporate events planning
- Occasional travel bookings
- Visa arrangements for business trips
- Assistance in solving IT issues, for example phone, laptop, PC setups, arranging for access control, guest wifi
Candidates will ideally have some previous experience in either an office administration or receptionist position.
