I am currently recruiting for an Administration Officer on behalf of my client, a leading public sector organisation based in Barnsley (S70).
You will be providing an administration support to LADO services.
Duties of the Administration Officer will include:
- Organising virtual meetings
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Assist with attaching emails and documents to help clear backlogs
- Maintain records and undertake checks via various sources to ensure claims and payments are
correct. - Deliver comprehensive information, advice and guidance through front line services to families.
- Use and maintain appropriate service specific systems, ensuring that information is accurate and stored with the regards to the confidential nature of the data and prepare reports as required
To be successful in this role as Administration Officer, you will have:
- Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
- Experience of maintaining accurate records
- Experience of providing information to the public or customers using good communication skills.
- Experience of using defined business processes and giving guidance on them to colleagues.
- Have good organisational skills
- Have experience of providing business support in an office environment
This post is full time Monday-Friday 8.30am- 5pm, with a pay rate of £12.18 per hour PAYE.
