Part-time, permanent position, working flexible 25 hours per week over 4 days
Aspire to be is our innovative specialist employability service for those who are deaf/hard of hearing and also those who are neuro-diverse, which inspires and makes a difference.
An opportunity has arisen for a part time administrator to join the team, being the first point of contact and to oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
Run department databases, manage office supplies, and prepare regular administrative and financial reports and ensure office equipment and machinery are in working condition. Involvement with client visits/ inductions any other duties where needed (see the job description for a full list of responsibilities).
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- English & Maths GCSE Grade C/5 or above
- Experience of working in an administration environment
- Proficient use of a range of IT software in Microsoft packages in particular Excel, spreadsheets, databases and Teams.
- Works with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time management and planning skills, used to managing own workload and working to deadlines.
- Able to work calmly when under pressure and show flexibility to help others.
