What the job involves:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide the first point of contact advice and information in relation to Housing Options referrals. Your role will be based in the historic Cunard Building, as part of Liverpool City Council, where we cover everything from the planning of roads to ensuring the most vulnerable in our society have access to services. Your duties will include providing first-contact resolutions to our city’s residents and customers through contact centres and e-contact, always focusing on maintaining the highest standard of Customer Service.
