The position is being offered as full time, permanent with working hours of 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Friday and will be office based.
Some of your main duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Process customer orders and deal with any queries and requests
- Provide a first class service in relation to parts etc.
- Liaise with couriers, deliveries, returns, tracking details, complaints.
- Updating systems
- Processing carrier claims
Working Hours - 08.45 – 17.15
Pay Rate - £12.05 per hour
