We are seeking an additional Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of alarm, access control, fire, and CCTV security systems.
This newly established role is an excellent opportunity for a Fire and Security Engineer with strong technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills to transition into a managerial position. Alternatively, it suits someone with experience in a similar role within a fire and security company.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the installation of alarm, access control, fire, and CCTV security systems.
- Plan and allocate internal resources and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure availability and allocation of resources, including personnel and materials.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure and review project performance to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Report and escalate issues to the Operations Director as necessary.
- Maintain financial control of each project, developing processes to monitor spend against quotes.
- Control job margin performance to achieve financial targets.
- Report on overall margin performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Explain overspend and margin variances.
- Contribute to the budget and forecast process.
- Improve processes for reporting and monitoring work in progress.

Standard working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
