AddressIn your role as a Junior Installation Manager, you will be an integral part of our ambitious and fast paced operations team. You will be responsible for booking installations for our customers, you will also be an account manager for our installation partners.
Your impact
- Onboard, train and build strong relationships with network of installers in the UK
- Own installation customer experience and ensure high quality installations
- Manage process and day to day customer and installer schedules
- Submit DNO applications and relevant documentation in a timely manner and follow up accordingly.
- Responsible for addressing customer and installer needs quickly and effectively
- Problem solve customer and installer issues to ensure excellent customer service before, during and after installation.

Your profile
- You bring a lot of positivity, energy and enthusiasm to really make a difference.
- You have a keen interest in selling sustainable products and you are tech-savvy.
- You have an outgoing and communicative personality and you are a true team player.
- You have relevant experience in stakeholder management, ideally in the energy sector or a related field selling physical/technical products.
- You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
