You will either be an experienced Solar Installer looking to take a step up into Management or an already experienced Manager within the Solar Industry.
On offer is the opportunity to join the Senior Management team as the Installation Manager for my client who has ambitious plans to become the UK market leader within Solar.
This company based in Kent do a range of Solar installations across Kent and the South East of England in both domestic and commercial settings. Doing 100% growth in 2023, the future for this company Is looking bright as they plan to continue expanding their team.
As Installation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of installation projects and supervising teams. Balancing between the office and on-site the right candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the business.
The Role:
- Oversee in house installation teams
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed
- Motivate, Coach, Mentor and develop business functions
- Ensure Compliance
- Check off and sign off on electrical and Solar Installations
The Person
- Previous Experience in leadership, senior, supervisor or management positions
- Problem Solving and Decision making abilities
- High level of technical efficiency and productivity.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Desired Qualifications
- CSCS - SSSTS - SMSTS.
- Approved renewable installer.
- BPEC Solar Installer Qualified + Battery Storage.
- Level 2 Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification I City & Guilds 2392-10.
- Level 3 BS 7671-2008 A3 2015 | City & Guilds 2382-15.
- Level 3 Building Regulations for Electrical Installations in Dwellings | City & Guilds 2393-10.
- Level 3 Initial and Fundamental Inspection and Testing I City & Guilds 2394.
- Level 3 Periodic Inspection and Testing | City & Guilds 2395.
- PAT Testing Level 3 City & Guilds 2377-22.
- Level 3 NVQ + AM2 I City & Guilds 2356.
- Part P Domestic Installer Certification.
- JIB Gold Card ECS Approved Electrician.
- JIB Black Electrical Site Managers ECS Card.
