Job description

The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are looking to recruit an administrator to work in our complaints team.

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Completion of reports that will be communicated to internal and external clients
  • Liaising with multiple departments and higher management
  • Supporting effective working within the team
  • Managing and maintaining databases and trackers
  • Administrative duties as and when required i.e. Photocopying, Scanning.
  • Telephone answering
  • Assisting your Line Manager and the team to achieve all the required goals
  • Plus other duties consistent with the position as directed.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • Experience of working within a HR department preferable.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
