Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office software, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong organisational ability.
Duties:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to management as required
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Strong IT skills for managing office systems and databases
- Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
