This is a new and exclusive role to Edwards & Pearce for a Senior Administrator. This position will be working for a local charity who has been in Hull for several years.
As an administration assistant you will be reporting into the CEO and you will be dealing with HR, finance to senior administrative support. If you are looking for a role which will give you variety and challenges, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
THE ROLE:
The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and confidential administration to the charity and board of trustees.
Taking responsibility for HR related issued which will be administration based.
Dealing with DBS checks and references of new staff
Updating the company training matrix
Preparing invoices and processing cash and cheques
Processing purchasing orders.
Managing internal banking
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and internal staff.
Responsible for dealing with queries over the phone and e-mail.
Supporting the CEO as and when needed
In this role you will be the main administrative contact within the office environment
This is an office based role which is full time
THE CANDIDATE:
If you have worked in a charity or public sector related role, that would be an advantage.
Strong word, excel and Microsoft skills.
Experience handling data and numbers
Administrative experience in HR and finance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
You must understand the importance of dealing with confidential information.
