Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading client in Edinburgh to recruit an Administration Officer on a Full-Time permanent basis. The main purpose of this role will be to assist with electricians who are participating in apprenticeships.
Duties involved in this role will include:
Ensuring that all clients are given the best possible service at all time, via phone/email/face to face
Processing applications & working with businesses around potential hires
Inputting/Retrieving information from databases
Other ad hoc admin duties as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Previous, recent and relevant experience in an Admin role
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid IT skills including Word & Excel with the ability to pick up systems quickly
