Salary: £24,294 to £24,702 per annum.
Location: Your main office will be in Chichester. You will be able to work hybrid in agreement with your line manager.
Contract: Permanent.
Working pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week. Flexible working options available, to be agreed with your line manager.
Employer Pension Contribution: 20.70% this alters per annum on the 1 April each year.
Annual leave: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays = 33 days.
As an Administrative Officer, you will provide customer-focused and efficient administrative services, prioritise daily tasks to meet team needs and service goals.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of tasks including:
- Organising large scale events and meetings
- Co-ordinating statutory panels
- Collating and presenting information in a clear format
- Preparing reports and agendas
- Producing accurate meeting minutes and spreadsheets
- Email inbox management
- Fulfilling statutory requests
- Completing complex correspondence and documentation
- Financial administration
- Updating websites and council IT systems to support service delivery.
