NCS are currently looking for an Assistant Project Specialistto work for a Construction company with administrative experience in Motherwell, Glasgow
The successful candidate will need considerable experience in Construction Administration and likely to meet all the following criteria.
Purpose of the Role
- To manage and assist the project management team
- Liase and build relationships with contractors and customers
- Manage / collect invoices
- Any ad-hoc construction and administration duties
- Maintaining records
- Keeping records of sites , site details and all records and such
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous construction admin is an advantage
- Must be able to use word and excel documents
Salary is depending on experience.
From £15 per hour
The role is on a 12 month contract likely to be made permanent
