We are looking to recruit a Administration Team Leader to provide a range of services to manage a team carrying out the digitisation of paper based and other analogue records including administration, document preparation.
Location - Reading area, on site
Salary - 27,980 - 35,000

Key Accountabilities:
- To professionally manage digitisation services in accordance with service standards, supporting processes and work instructions.
- To Manage a team of between 5 and 20 staff delivering bulk digitisation and data entry of metadata of analogue paper based and other records.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and task manage all activity including assigning tasks to digitisation specialists.
- Manage the tracking of all materials through the end to end digitisation process including the generation of a full audit trail using workflow software.
- Generate reports on progress and printed materials to facilitate the process.
- Motivate and train direct reports to ensure quality is maintained.
- Resolve issues and answer questions about the process, seeking advice from managers to resolve new challenges.
- Manage an inventory of records and select items for digitisation according to a pre-defined prioritisation list.
- Control the ordering and use of equipment and consumables.
- Liaise with support engineers to resolve breakdown and consumable changes for machinery.
- Manage digitisation services for other analogue media such as microfilm and radiographs using specialist digitisation machinery.
- Supervise the movement of documents and boxes containing documents around the working environment safely.
- Undertake specified quality checks assigned to services.
- Provide monitoring and tracking services to control documents and records.
- Provide ad-hoc services that support and deliver specific managed tasks, as agreed.
- Undertake simple searches for documentation to support customer requirements, as needed.
What You Will Need:
- Previous process management experience
- Experience within a Commercial environment
- Very good experience of document and record management using a variety of systems.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement
