Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Administration Team Leader to manage a busy Customer Service Team in High Wycombe.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
8.00am to 6.00pm (with half hour lunch)
GBP32,500 per annum
Duties of the Administration Team Leader:
Delivering excellent administration service whilst adhering to procedures, guidelines and departmental standards.
Fully supporting the Manager at all times including providing requested reports.
Setting all team members targets in line with the company targets and ensuring they meet them.
Managing the daily running of the team of around 10 members.
Coaching and developing the team members to their full potential.
Providing other management tasks including but not limited to, recruitment, inductions, appraisals and performance management.
To have full knowledge of all procedures, and to understand and uphold all systems within the department.
Maintain and enhance customer service standards.
To complete and assist with any projects.
Skills required for the Part-Time Customer Service Administrator:
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Leadership skills but also able to be a team player.
Able to demonstrate initiative and work with little supervision whilst meeting targets.
Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment.
Excellent database management skills.
