Reed Guildford is delighted to be supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Part Time Administrator to join a busy team , providing essential administration support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of services.

Ideally you will come from a Healthcare background

Day to Day of the role:
  • Provide general administrative support to the network .
  • Use the EMIS system for administrative support of the Projects Service, liaising with Healthcare staff.
  • Offer Financial, Human Resource, and Information Governance administrative support.
  • Manage communications with Primary Care Networks and monitor general inboxes.
  • Format policies and manage reporting, reviewing, and resolving incidents.
  • Handle office phone line and voicemail messages, ensuring professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
  • Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage daily work independently.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is essential.
  • ECDL or equivalent experience in MS Office is preferred.
