Reed Guildford is delighted to be supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Part Time Administrator to join a busy team , providing essential administration support to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of services.
Ideally you will come from a Healthcare background
Day to Day of the role:- Provide general administrative support to the network .
- Use the EMIS system for administrative support of the Projects Service, liaising with Healthcare staff.
- Offer Financial, Human Resource, and Information Governance administrative support.
- Manage communications with Primary Care Networks and monitor general inboxes.
- Format policies and manage reporting, reviewing, and resolving incidents.
- Handle office phone line and voicemail messages, ensuring professional communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
- Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage daily work independently.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is essential.
- ECDL or equivalent experience in MS Office is preferred.
