Job description

Our fast-paced and exciting client based in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join their team.

As Administration Manager, the successful applicant will oversee administrative functions, optimise sales potential, and facilitate coordination of the administration team. Their primary responsibilities include credit control, payroll management, legal compliance, IR35 adherence, insurance renewals, commercial operations, efficiency maximisation, and performance management. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining operational efficiency in the absence of the Client Services Director.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Between 5 to 10 years' experience managing processes and people

  • Leadership by example and consistent deadline management
  • Socially adept and skilled in creating processes for enhanced performance
  • Analytical thinking and commitment to continuous personal development
  • Strong background in administration, recruitment, and process-driven operations
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT skills
  • Experience in managing teams, recruitment, payroll, credit control, contracts, and customer experience
  • Must reside locally with no remote or hybrid work preference
  • Prior experience in handling managerial responsibilities
  • Commitment to training and developing the team
