Job description

Are you a driven, hard working and experienced Sales Administrator and looking for a new challenge within a company where you can make a positive impact? This successful company based in Guildford are looking for an Sales Administration Manager to oversea the sales and office administration within the business. This role will support busy departments and support in the operational duties day to day.

The duties of the Sales Operations Manager will be to:

  • Oversee and assist with the sales and processing functions within the business
  • Identify and implement new processes
  • Take responsibility for the sales order processing
  • Be the first point of call for any escalations within the team
  • Make sure the team are working effectively
  • Implement new reporting to the business
  • Carry out meetings on performance with the team
  • Deal with tenders, quotations and customer orders
  • Liaise with customer and suppliers daily
  • Organise the office and ensure a smooth process at all times


To be considered for the Sales Administration Manager role, the candidate will:

  • Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Maintain strong administration skills
  • Have worked within a similar position for at least 5 years previously
  • Hold previous team leader or management experience
  • Have experience working within a sales environment
  • Demonstrate ways of improvement within a company
  • Work with an approachable manner and be able to drive others
