To provide impeccable customer service and full administrative support for this small but highly successful organisation.
Job specification:
- Carrying out all administration in a confidential, timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting with the reservation / booking system
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner via email and phone.
- Processing gift vouchers
- Accountable for petty cash and processing invoices
- Keep a record of employee sickness and update the holiday planner.
- Manage business correspondence to a professional level.
- Professional response to client requests
- Liaise with outsourced services such as Accountants, IT, Payroll, H&S and HR advisors.
- Food alert administration (training given)
- Placing stationery and printing orders
- Facilities management - utilities and organising trades.
- Management of company newsletter
- Updating the internal software system
Person specification:
- Proven customer service / administrative experience
- Experience working in hospitality would be an advantage.
- Confident over the phone and over email
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 'Can do' attitude.
