Job description

  • GBP26,000 (pro rata)
  • 10 am - 4pm, Wednesday to Friday
  • Flexible hours

Overview:

To provide impeccable customer service and full administrative support for this small but highly successful organisation.

Job specification:

  • Carrying out all administration in a confidential, timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting with the reservation / booking system
  • Liaising with clients in a professional manner via email and phone.
  • Processing gift vouchers
  • Accountable for petty cash and processing invoices
  • Keep a record of employee sickness and update the holiday planner.
  • Manage business correspondence to a professional level.
  • Professional response to client requests
  • Liaise with outsourced services such as Accountants, IT, Payroll, H&S and HR advisors.
  • Food alert administration (training given)
  • Placing stationery and printing orders
  • Facilities management - utilities and organising trades.
  • Management of company newsletter
  • Updating the internal software system

Person specification:

  • Proven customer service / administrative experience
  • Experience working in hospitality would be an advantage.
  • Confident over the phone and over email
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 'Can do' attitude.
