As an administration assistant in a rapidly growing hearcare business you will assist in the smooth operation of the store and delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and efficient administration.
About You
As an enthused and driven individual, you will have the ability to work well as part of a small team to achieve wider store targets. You will have good knowledge of general administration skills and good IT know-how, to help you in the completion of daily tasks such as creating patient files, making appointments and dealing with and organising deliveries as they arrive.
You will show excellent communication skills and a polite manner, while working generally on the phone but with occasional face to face patient interaction.
This role comes with excellent opportunities for progression within the business through routes of management or clinical work.

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
