We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide support on the day-to-day operations to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Property Managers Team
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
- Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and light presentations
- Assist with basic project management tasks, including research and coordination; quotes inquiries; payments follow ups, write project statements reports; etc
- Assist with real estate operational tasks, including research, leads calls and listing; inform the team of any updates and write transaction and other technical reports; etc
- Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the property managers team, ensuring that every property lives up to expectations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
