Administrative Assistant (2 positions)
Salary: 24,850.00 - 27,419.00 per annum
Full time / 35 hours per week / Permanent
Location: Didsbury, Manchester

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Property Services team and in our Assets team for an Administrative Assistant. For the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday, (rising 1 day per year of service up to 30 days) and a non-contributory healthcare cash plan.
The post holder will provide support with a full range of administrative and clerical services including:
Liaising with customers, operatives, contractors, and internal staff.
Allocation of routine system generated tasks to technical staff.
The entry and maintenance of data and records regarding services delivered by the team.
The preparation and distribution of written communications to contractors and stakeholders.
To support the delivery of maintenance / servicing programmes of work by undertaking administrative duties to process high volumes of appointments.
To input and analyse data to ensure records are kept fully up to date.
The successful applicant will have experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative duties and be able to demonstrate their ability to work with IT systems and Microsoft applications.
You will have the ability to work with data and be confident in communicating with others, coupled with enthusiasm and a desire to deliver to tight deadlines.
