A leading global investment firm are seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking Administrative Assistant to join their team within their slick and stylish offices in the heart of central London. What you’ll do-
You will be supporting the global leadership team, a chief senior as well as complete general administration to the wider office. Duties include (not all):
- Complete a company offsite once a year (with the opportunity to travel abroad)
- PA responsibilities which include, arrange international travel; dairy and inbox management; oversee team calendars; organise events, dinners and daily lunches
- Administrative support, including scheduling meetings; organising meeting rooms; conference and meeting registrations; answer the telephone; meet and greet guests; arrange couriers
Who you are –
Ideally an Administrative Assistant with at least two years’ prior experience (desirable dairy management skills – not mandatory) with a positive and high energy outlook, looking to progress within their next company. The right candidate requires a team player attitude, who is happy to turn their hand to anything and lend a helping hand where needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook is a must.
