The role will require systematic management of a varied workload and sound administrative skills enabling you to prioritise your tasks and work to deadlines effectively. The successful candidate will be required to navigate their way through a number of administrative recording systems (both electronic and paper based) with sufficient attention to detail and must be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Acting as the key point of contact and coordinating practical matters relating to the support of advice staff; appointment booking, resource and data management, supporting clients during initial stages, surveying of clients and gathering client outcomes.
The successful candidate will express a willingness to work from a variety of settings, including their own home as required, and will flexibly work across the service as needed in a variety of ways - mainly telephone, but also email and face to face. Reporting to the management team and responsible for providing administrative services and support to Team Managers and advice staff. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
