This part-time position, from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, four days a week, provides the perfect work-life balance.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to three directors, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £14.00 - £15.00 per hour, within the administrative & support services sector.
The right candidate will enjoy working independently as well as part of a team; relish planning, troubleshooting and anticipating practical and helpful ways to assist the team.
- Efficiently support three directors in their day-to-day operations

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- A relevant qualification in HR or business administration (ideal but not essential)
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role (essential)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information (essential)
