Administrative Operations Coordinator
Location: Coventry
Pay rate: PAYE GBP13.95 per hour.
Hours per week: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Job type: Full-time, Contract 12 months.
Hybrid working available after training period.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinatorto join our dynamic Powertrain Business Operations team. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for maintaining the Resource Allocation Database (RADs) and providing essential SAP support by raising requests. You'll collaborate closely with management and the Powertrain Business Operations team to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth operations. Training will be provided on in-house systems.

The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Operations Coordinator:
- Capturing all required changes to transact RADs resource updates.
- Ensuring accurate amendments to the RADs resource database.
- Monitoring intake and attrition for Powertrain, providing monthly reports and highlighting trends.
- Timely release of SAP requests and Purchase Orders (PO) in line with demand.
- Ensuring timely confirmation of supplier payment according to SAP spend profile.
- Providing summary reports and presentations to the Business Operations manager.
The ideal Administrative Operations Coordinator candidate:
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with management on an individual and team basis.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-driven approach and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to numeric detail, with knowledge of high-level financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with Google tools.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently within fixed timing deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Engineering revenue budget expenditure categories.
- Understanding of resource categories.
- Proficiency in SAP system, including raising, progressing, and enquiring requests.
- Familiarity with RADs ED&T system for demand tracking.
- Familiarity with RADs resource system for status interrogation and report generation.
