Are you looking for a new administration role? We are looking for a Service Administrator to join a plant supplier company in Leicester.
This role is to respond and communicate effectively with customers and keep up to date with administration tasks.
An insight to the role:
Invoicing of service jobs and some parts job.
Taking internal and external calls, message taking.
Purchase invoice verification and checking.
Petty cash control/reconciliation and cash banking.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in a similar role.
Good communication over the phone, written, and in person.
Good organisational skills, being on top of admin tasks and keeping customers updated.
Professional attitude, who is reliable and a good timekeeper.
This is an office-based role. Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
The salary for this role is 25,000, plus benefits such as, 22 days holiday, company sick pay, overtime scheme, life assurance (4x basic salary), brand discounts, and more.
