Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00 Fri: 08:30-16:00

Our client, a manufacturing business within the LE4 area of Leicester is looking to expand their Sales team with a helpful, customer focused administrator.
Working in a team of 4, this is a varied role where you will be cross trained in lots of business areas to ensure that the team and the customers are never left short of support.
You will be working closely with the companies Account Managers and Sales & Marketing Manager and your duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Accurately processing customer orders
- Providing quotations to customers
- Upselling products may be required
- Updating customers on the ETA of their orders and any delays which may take place
- General administration support e.g. sales inbox management, reporting using Excel.
- Keeping all internal systems updated - customer details, pricing etc.
- Occasional face to face interaction with any site visitors
What do I need to be considered?
- Previous office based Customer Service/Administration experience
- Confident and clear communicator (verbally and written)
- IT literate- Confident learning new systems and using Microsft packages daily
- High attention to detail
- Able to work to own initiative and balance multiple tasks at once
- Positive personality and a real team player!
