Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the General Manager you will:

• Manage the reception area which includes welcoming guest and customers.
• Book travel and accommodation.
• Attend trade shows and events.
• Manage inventory of office supplies which include stationary and multimedia equipment.

Personal skills
The Administrative Support Specialist role would suit someone who is:

Has experience with CRM Systems, Knowledge of HubSpot would be desirable.

Able to communicate clearly via telephone, email, MS Teams and face to face

Able to work under pressure

Have strong organisational and administrative skills
